National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food additive vanillin

This standard is applicable to vanillin, a food additive made primarily from vanillin through chemical reactions. The physical and chemical indicators required for food additive vanillin is determined by conducting sampling analysis and testing on the vanillin currently sold in the domestic market.
