National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food Nutritional Fortifier Ferrous Lactate

This standard applies to food nutritional fortifier ferrous lactate which is obtained through the reaction of sodium lactate and ferrous sulfate (or ferrous chloride), calcium lactate (or ammonium lactate) and ferrous sulfate (or ferrous chloride), lactic acid and iron powder. It specifies the technical requirements and testing methods for ferrous lactate.
