Description
The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that Resolution No. 1079 of 3 June 2004 of the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) regulating the phytosanitary procedures for wood packaging material in international trade, and ICA Resolution No. 3294 of 22 December 2004, notified on 9 July 2004 and 7 January 2005 by the World Trade Organization in documents G/SPS/N/COL/85 and G/SPS/N/COL/85/Add.1 respectively, have been repealed pursuant to ICA Resolution No. 38438 of 13 December 2018.
