The draft Law of Ukraine "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Veterinary Medicine"

The draft Law regulates public relations in the areas of animal health, animal welfare, veterinary practice, production and circulation of veterinary medicines, substances, medicated feeds and premixes for such feeds, as well as substances with anabolic, antimicrobial, antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory, hormonal or psychotropic properties which can be used as veterinary drugs.
The draft provides for amendments to several laws of Ukraine in the sphere of implementation of state control on veterinary medicine, including the import and export operations.
