Law of Ukraine as of 6 December 2018 No. 2639-VIII "On information for consumers regarding food products"

The Law establishes:- legal and organizational principles for providing consumers with information on food products in order to ensure a high level of protection of public health and meet their social and economic interests;
- general principles and requirements on food information, in particular regarding food labeling, and the obligations of market operators to inform other market operators and consumers.
