The amendment of Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control

The Republic of Korea is proposing to amend the "Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control".
It is to prepare the basis to enable to take measures of import suspension against foreign food facilities disturbing, avoiding, or not responding to the on-site inspections.
