Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/259 (20 June 2018) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/88 of 18 January 2019 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for acetamiprid in certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 22, 24 January 2019, p. 1].This Regulation shall apply from 13 August 2019.
