Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/258 (16 May 2018) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/89 of 18 January 2019 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for bromadiolone, etofenprox, paclobutrazol and penconazole in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 22, 24 January 2019, p. 13].This Regulation shall apply from 13 August 2019.
