Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/262 (13 July 2018) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/58 of 14 January 2019 amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for linuron in or on certain products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 12, 15 January 2019, p. 1].
This Regulation shall apply from 4 August 2019.
