KS 2689:2019 Quick frozen vegetables – Specification

This Kenya Standard specifies requirements and methods sampling and test for quick frozen vegetables. The products covered by this standard includes but not limited to quick frozen; carrot, whole kernel corn, leeks, corn-on-the-cob, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, French Fried Potatoes, Green and Wax Beans, Peas, Frozen Spinach, and mixed vegetables.
