Draft Order of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 813 of 20 October 2022”

The draft Order proposes amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 813 of 20 October 2022, which sets out hygienic requirements for the production and circulation of food products of animal origin. The proposed changes address the following areas:operation of mobile slaughterhouses;rules for meat transportation;production process of dry-aged meat (dry aging);temperature requirements for storing fish products;organoleptic standards for eggs;use of lactic acid and recirculating hot water to reduce surface microbiological contamination of carcasses.
