Resuelto AUPSA-DINAN-007-2018, del 13 de abril de 2018 (Resolution AUPSA - DINAN-007-2018 of 13 April 2018 of the Panamanian Food Safety Authority and Directorate for Rules Governing the Importation of Food)

The notified text establishes the health requirements for the importation of prawns, rock lobsters (Palinurus spp., Panulirus spp.), lobsters (Homarus spp.), crabs and Norway lobsters (Nephrops norvegicus), for human consumption, including whether in shell or not, whole, tails, heads (all unsmoked), dried, salted or in brine, smoked, whether or not cooked before or during the smoking process, cooked by steaming or by boiling in water.
