Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1020 of 20 August 2025 “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 751 of 18 August 2010 and No. 893 of 22 August 2011”

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Resolution No. 1020 “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 751 of 18 August 2010 and No. 893 of 22 August 2011”, which set out the Regulation on State Border Crossing Points and Control Points and the Rules of Sanitary Protection of the Territory of Ukraine, respectively.Resolution No. 1020 was published in the official gazette of Ukraine on 28 August 2025.It entered into force from the date of its publication and will be applied nine months thereafter, namely on 28 May 2026.
