National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.:  The Use of Food nutritional Fortifier

This standard specifies the main purpose of food nutrition fortification, technical requirements for the use of nutritional fortifiers, selection requirements for fortifiable food categories, and regulatory provisions for the application of nutritional fortifiers. The current revision clarifies the types of mass food fortification and voluntary food fortification, provides additional definitions, and revises the usage provisions for nutritional fortification in specific food categories.
