National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food Additive Copper sulfate

This standard is applicable to the food additive copper sulfate pentahydrate produced by the reaction of copper oxide and sulfuric acid, as well as anhydrous copper sulfate that has been dried to remove crystal water.
