Description
The proposal of the European Commission notified in G/SPS/N/EU/115 (14 November 2014) was adopted as Regulation (EU) 2019/4 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on the manufacture, placing on the market and use of medicated feed, amending Regulation (EC) No 183/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 90/167/EEC (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 4, 7 January 2019, p. 1].
This Regulation shall apply from 28 January 2022.
