Proposed Amendments to the Standards and Specifications for Foods

The proposed amendments seek to:
1. Remove the total acid standards of Korean rice wines (Takju, Yakju and Cheongju) and realign the classification of alcoholic beverages;
2. Revise the manufacturing and processing standards of foods for infants/young children.
