Established Maximum Residue Limit: Penthiopyrad

The proposed maximum residue limit (PMRL) document for penthiopyrad notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1238 (dated 13 February 2019) was adopted 8 May 2019. The proposed MRLs were established via entry into the Maximum Residue Limits Database and are provided directly below:MRL (ppm)1      Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity10                      Caneberries (crop subgroup 13-07A)6.02                   Bushberries (crop subgroup 13-07B)1 ppm = parts per million2 Lowbush blueberries and lingonberries belong to Bushberries (crop subgroup 13-07B).
