The amendment of Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control

The Republic of Korea is proposing the amendment of the "Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control".
It is to prepare the basis for disclosing information by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety about foreign manufacturing facilities or establishments where import suspension has been imposed or lifted.
