Government Decision No. 938 from 17 October 2018 on "Approval of the Regulation on State border crossing of goods subject to control by the National Food Safety Agency"

This Government Decision establishes new conditions for carrying out sanitary-veterinary, phytosanitary, food safety and plant protection and fertilizers products' controls at Border Inspection Posts, as well as bringing them in line with the relevant European Union requirements. It also contributes to the simplification and streamlining of procedures for checking the goods to be inspected at the State border of the Republic of Moldova by the inspectors from the National Food Safety Agency, as well as veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety regulations.
