Government Decision No. 600 from 27 June 2018 on "Regarding the organization and functioning of the National Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Moldova"

This Government Decision approves the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Food Safety Agency. The Regulation contains the mission, fields of activity, functions, rights and obligations of the National Food Safety Agency, as well as organization of its activity. Additionally, it stipulated the number of SPSrelated border inspection posts, which inspect the import of animal, non-animal origin products and live animals.
