Draft Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution "establishing phytosanitary requirements for the entry into the country of used machinery, equipment and/or vehicles"

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that section 4.3.2 of Article 4 of Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 24690 of 15 May 2018 "establishing phytosanitary requirements for the entry into the country of used machinery, equipment and/or vehicles", notified by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/280/Add.1 on 13 September 2018, has been repealed pursuant to Resolution No. 1007 of 4 February 2019.
