Draft resolution "Setting out the methodology for determining the re-entry or restricted-entry interval (REI) following the application of chemical pesticides for agricultural use registered in Colombian territory"

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 30058 of 14 August 2018 "Setting out the methodology for determining the re-entry or restricted-entry interval (REI) following the application of chemical pesticides for agricultural use registered in Colombian territory", notified by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/267/Add.1 on 4 September 2018, has been amended pursuant to Resolution No. 932 of 2019 with a view to facilitating, and providing clarification regarding, the application of methodologies for the calculation and determination of re-entry intervals in respect of chemical pesticides for agricultural use.
