The notified measure seeks to consolidate and repeal Exempt Resolution No. 5.073 of 2012, in view of numerous amendments that have been made to this Resolution, so that the requirements for each regulated species are consolidated into a single legal text, for the better understanding of users.It should be noted that the import requirements for Pyrus communis propagation material from the United States of America have not changed from those established in the aforementioned Resolution and its amendments.Further details can be found in the document attached to this notification.
