Description
Resolution No. 5382 of 2019 has been amended. Following the Colombian Agricultural Institute's technical analysis of regulatory aspects of implementing phytosanitary measures that would ensure an adequate level of phytosanitary protection for the country and maintain normal trade conditions, it was necessary to amend Article 3 of the above-mentioned Resolution in order to prevent potential negative trade effects and ensure imports of green coffee beans to Colombia, without prejudice to the phytosanitary status of the country and the customs rules governing the matter.
