Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/311 (15 March 2019) was adopted as Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1262 of 25 July 2019 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1141 to update the list of invasive alien species of Union concern [OJ L 199, 26 July 2019, p. 1].
This Implementing Regulation shall apply from 15 August 2019.
