Notice of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Decision No. 114061/1291/1441 dated 15 October 2019 (16/02/1441 H) entitled "Temporary Ban on the Importation of Livestock originating from Djibouti"

A shipment of livestock have been rejected due to positive test results for Rift Valley Fever (RVF) and Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD). It is deemed necessary for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prevent the entry of RVF and FMD into the country. Therefore, the importation of livestock from Djibouti to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is temporarily suspended.
