The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 869 of 9 October 2019 "On approving the Procedure for Establishing Special Conditions for Importing of Food and Animal Feed Products"

The Procedure:
- establishes circumstances under which the special conditions for import of food and feed may be imposed;
- increases the effectiveness of state control over their movement across the border;
- eliminates or reduces the level of threat associated with the risk of the presence of a dangerous factor in the cargo being imported (shipped) to the customs territory of Ukraine.
