Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/316 (2 April 2019) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1871 of 7 November 2019 on reference points for action for non-allowed pharmacologically active substances present in food of animal origin and repealing Decision 2005/34/EC [OJ L 289, 8 November 2019, p.41].This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 November 2019.
