The notified Exempt Resolution establishes the phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Chile of fresh table grapes (Vitis vinifera) from the state of California in the United States of America, removes Drosophila suzukii from the list of quarantine pests not found in Chile and repeals Resolution No. 1411/2001.
