DUS DEAS 1023:2019, Food fortification premix and fortificants — Specification, First Edition

This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for food fortification premix and fortificants intended for use in wheat flour, maize flour, composite flour, blended flour, sugar, salt, fat spreads and edible fats and oils.
