Draft Order of the Ministry for Devepment of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine "On Amending the Procedure for Determining and Applying Periodicity of Documentary Checks, Conformity Checks, Physical Checks, Laboratory Investigations (Tests) of Goods Imported (Shipped) to the Customs Territory of Ukraine"

The Draft Order specifies the provisions which allow the release into free circulation of cargoes with food and feed of non-animal origin (except for those that are subject to enhanced state control while imported (shipped) to the customs territory of Ukraine) and cargoes with composite products (except for those subject to state control at the designated border inspection posts), the labelling of which does not meet the requirements of the legislation.
