Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/330 (12 July 2019) was adopted as Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1873 of 7 November 2019 on the procedures at border control posts for a coordinated performance by competent authorities of intensified official controls on products of animal origin, germinal products, animal by-products and composite products (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 289, 8 November 2019, p.50].This Regulation applies since 14 December 2019.
