Resolución Ejecutiva No. 099-2019 Vigilancia de la encefalopatía espongiforme bovina (EEB) (Executive Resolution No. 099-2019 on bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) surveillance)

The notified Executive Resolution seeks to establish measures and procedures that are binding throughout Nicaraguan national territory and designed to prevent the introduction, establishment and spread of the bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) causative agent through susceptible animals, animal feed, products and by-products of animal origin and other products specified in the OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code that can act as carriers.
