Resolución Ejecutiva No. 072-2019 Prohibición de elaboración, importación, comercialización, exportación, uso, registro, renovación, refrenda, almacenamiento, transporte o tenencia de Etoxiquina como aditivo y en productos utilizados que la contienen (Executive Resolution No. 072-2019: Ban on the production, importation, marketing, exportation, use, registration, renewal, approval, storage, transport and possession of products containing the additive ethoxyquin)

The notified text prohibits the production, importation, marketing, exportation, use, registration, renewal, approval, storage, transport and possession of products, including mixes, premixes, meal or feed for animals of any species, that contain the additive ethoxyquin.
Any establishment found to be in breach of the Resolution will be punished in accordance with domestic legislation, including through the suspension or withdrawal of their operating licence or registration for mixes, premixes or animal feed granted by IPSA.
