Description
The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the Resolution "Prohibiting the importation, manufacture, registration, marketing and use in Colombia of agricultural pesticides with a guaranteed composition containing one or more of the following chemical substances: fonofos, captafol, dinoseb, ethylene dibromide, endrin and dibromochloropropane (DBCP)", the draft version of which was notified on 13 August 2020 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/309, has been issued pursuant to ICA Resolution No. 62376 of 20 February 2020, which was published in Official Journal No. 51.234 of 21 February 2020 and entered into force the same day.
