Decision to Authorize the Importation of Fresh Jujube from China into the Continental United States [Docket No. APHIS-2018-0004]

APHIS is advising the public of its decision to authorize the importation of fresh jujube fruit from China into the continental United States.  Based on the findings of the pest risk analysis, which APHIS made available to the public to review and comment through a previous notice, we have concluded that the application of one or more designated phytosanitary measures will be sufficient to mitigate the risks of introducing or disseminating plant pests or noxious weeds via the importation of fresh jujube fruit from China.  (Federal Register Vol. 85, No. 49, Thursday, 12 March 2020, pp. 14453-14454)
