The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) issued Administrative Order of Saudi Food and Drug Authority Ref. No. 16428 dated 16 January 2020 (21/05/1441 AH) entitled "Temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from Lubelskie, Poland", due to the Outbreaks of HPAI.The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) has subsequently issued the notice administrative order No. 21250 dated 2 March 2020 (07/07/1441 AH), Temporary ban on the importation of poultry meat, eggs and their products originating from (Topola Osiedle, Przygodzice, ostrowski (3017), Wielkopolskie), (Ostrow Wielkopolski, Ostrow Wielkopolski, ostrowski (3017), Wielkopolskie), (Ferma Roscin, Mysliborz, mysliborski (3210), Zachodnio-Pomorskie), (Zalesie, Dabie, kolski (3009), Wielkopolskie), (Slaborowice, Ostrow Wielkopolski, ostrowski (3017), Wielkopolskie) and (Strupice, Chojnow, legnicki (0209), Dolnoslaskie) in Poland (With the exception of processed poultry meat and egg products exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of avian influenza viruses as well as compliance with hygiene conditions and Saudi technical standards. In addition, product come from establishments that have been approved by SFDA. And a company with health certificate issue by competent authority in Poland, approving that product has been exposed to either heat or other treatments that ensure deactivation of avian influenza viruses).
