Description
Imports of goods, subject to veterinary and phytosanitary control, allowed with a copy of accompanying veterinary and phytosanitary documents provided by cargo receiver whenever a prior notification from the competent authority of exporting country is received, along with a guarantee letter from the cargo receiver confirming that it submits original documents after their receipt to the relevant Rosselkhoznadzor territorial unit.
