Ley No. 1020, Ley de protección fitosanitaria de Nicaragua (Law No. 1020: "Nicaragua Phytosanitary Protection Law")

The purpose of the notified Law is to establish provisions to protect, maintain and improve plant health in the Republic of Nicaragua by preventing the entry, spread and establishment of pests, protecting plant resources, facilitating international trade in plants and plant products and contributing to the sustainable development of farming.
