Resolution No. 028-2020-ARP-SFE modifying the phytosanitary requirements for the importation of fresh cut ornamental flowers of the species Rosa sp., originating in Guatemala

Costa Rica hereby advises that the phytosanitary measures notified in document G/SPS/N/CRI/226 have been adopted under Resolution No. 028-2020-ARP-SFE, thereby introducing additional phytosanitary measures to prevent the quarantine pest Frankliniella tritici from being introduced into Costa Rica. The draft Resolution was circulated on 14 January 2020. The date of entry into force will be six months from the date of publication of the final Resolution.
