Description
Following the reported outbreak of Avian Influenza (HPAI) in The Baden-Wurttemberg state (Serotype H5N8) in the Germany, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of AI disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Germany is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (2April 2020)
