Official Letter Number: 5984/KR.020/K.3/04/2020 dated 28 April 2020 concerning to Validating of Electronic/Digital/Scanned of Phytosanitary Certificate from Indonesia

In order to facilitate international trade during the Covid-19 pandemic situation, Indonesia intend to receive the electronic/digital/scanned Phytosanitary Certificate from all countries. It is kindly requested for a country to officially inform Indonesia about the implementation of electronic/digital/scanned Phytosanitary Certificate  for theri products exported to Indonesia and it shall be supported with access to validate the certificate. This aims to accelerate inspection works of import documets at entry points in Indonesia.

In line with the above stated, Indonesia kindly requested reciprocal measure from trading partner countries to receive the electronic/digital/scanned Phytosanitary Certificate from Indonesia and has developed a technique for validating the certificate through the IAQA portal on: https://ppkonline.karantina.pertanian.go.id/checkcert
