National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Good Manufacturing Practice for Milk Products

This standard stipulates the basic requirements and management criteria of places, facilities and personnel for raw material procurement, processing, packaging, storage and transportation in dairy production process. This standard is applicable to the production of dairy products with raw milk and its processed products as the main raw materials.
