Eurasian Economic Commission Council Draft Decision "On Amendments to the Regulation on Common Procedure of Veterinary Control at the Customs Border of the Customs Union and within the Customs Territory of the Customs Union"

The Draft provides for the application of risk-based approach within veterinary control (supervision) at checkpoints and full customs clearance sites. The document is intended to amend the "Regulation on Common Procedure of Veterinary Control at the Customs Border of the Customs Union and within the Customs Territory of the Customs Union" adopted by the Decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 317 as of 18 June 2010.
