Resolution No 043-2020-ARP-SFE establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of regulated articles, via Pachymerus nucleorum (Fabricius, 1792) in all host species and from all countries in which the pest is present

Costa Rica hereby advises that the phytosanitary measures for the importation of regulated articles, via Pachymerus nucleorum (Fabricius, 1792) in all host species and from all countries in which the pest is present, notified in document G/SPS/N/CRI/229, have been published and have entered into force. This excludes amendments to existing regulations, which shall enter into force six months from the date of publication of the final Resolution.
