Resolución Directoral Nº 0057-2020-MINAGRI-SENASA-DIAIA (Directorial Resolution No. 0057-2020-MINAGRI-SENASA-DIAIA)

The notified Directorial Resolution prohibits the use, marketing, distribution, manufacture, formulation, storage and/or packaging of chemical pesticides for agricultural use containing the active ingredient paraquat from 12 July 2021. It also prohibits the importation into Peru of chemical pesticides for agricultural use and products containing the active ingredient paraquat, as well as the registration of new pesticides containing this active ingredient, from 14 July 2020.
