Description
Following the reported outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in Plovdiv and Kardzali (Serotype H5N8) of Bulgaria, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Bulgaria is temporarily suspended for a period of
90 days after date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (5 June 2020).
