Ukraine informs that the draft Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine "On Approval of the Requirements for nutrition and health claims made on food products" (G/SPS/N/UKR/149) was adopted on 15 May 2020 (Order No. 1145), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 4 August 2020 and entered into force on 21 August 2020.
