The purpose of that document is;
- notification of all trading partner countries regarding model veterinary health certificate titled as "Veterinary Health Certificate for Exportation of Animal by products Intended for Manufacture of Petfood to the Republic of Turkey" issued in line with import requirements of animal by products intended for pet food manufacture with that of the European Union (EU) identified in the scope of Commission Regulation 142/2011/EC
